Meetings
These are the regular meeting nights and times for various Richmond governmental entities. Agendas are posted at the city office, the library, and the post office as well as submitted to the Herald Journal for publication. In addition, they will be available at this site 48 hours before each meeting and on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website.
City Council
The City Council meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the council chambers at 6 West Main. Minutes for the council meetings may be found here.
A public hearing to discuss adjustments to the current budget will be held on Tuesday, January 17, during the regular meeting; the notice may be found here. The agenda for the meeting is here.
Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the council chambers. Minutes for the P&Z meetings may be found here.

City Court
The City Court is held each Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 pm in the Municipal Court Room at 6 West Main.
Library Board
The Library Board meets the first Wednesday of every other month (beginning in February) at 5:30 pm in the library basement.
CERT
The CERT group meets the second Wednesday of each month for training and planning at 7:00 pm in the city hall at 6 W Main.
