Richmond will hold its municipal election this fall to elect a mayor and three council members. Below is the list of candidates.

Early voting for the Richmond City General Election will take place at the City Office Building, 6 West Main, Richmond on the following dates: Tuesday, October 24th through Friday, October 27th and Monday, October 30th through Friday, November 3rd. Voting hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To be eligible to vote early, a person must be a registered voter of Richmond City. Voters must present a valid government ID, driver's license, state or federal government issues ID card, U.S. passport, tribal ID card, or military ID to be issued an early voting ballot.
The General election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the City Office Building located at 6 West Main, Richmond. Voting requirements are the same as above.
Meet the Candidates
The Richmond Library is hosting a Meet the Candidates night on Thursday, November 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. in the library basement at 38 West Main. All are invited to attend to learn more about, and ask questions of, the candidates.

The city office is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a drop box by the southeast door for utility payments.
